I feel gleeful to be with Familiy in Minnesota!
It was a short 90 minute drive to my sister Lynn's house. It means so much to us to camp out at her house in such a beautifully rustic area. It feels great to be back in Minnesota and with Family. We spent the afternoon catching up with Lynn and playing a few games of ladderball.
It was so cute that Lincoln and Tad remembered being here last summer and were as happy to be here as we are and rimped around in played in Lynn's front yard.
Janice and I went into the cute town of Pine City to have dinner with my son Nick, his wife, Alyssa and their kids, Alice and Owen. It was great to play and laughed with them at the park.
It is hard to believe we just left home a week ago. We have driven so many miles and did so many things that it seems a lot longer. One of the curious things we have discovered on the road is that there aren't many bugs on the windshield. I remember traveling with my Parents in the 60's and 70's and having to scrape really hard to clean off the bug carcasses of the windshield.
