Day 22: Let's explore some more.

Just another day in beautiful Cabo Pulmo. We spend our mornings relaxing and drinking our coffee. Kasey does about 150 minutes of Duo Lingo Spanish while Comet wanders around. She got to meet, sort of, Kim and Randy's cats Coco and Luna. At least there was no growling.
The dogs deserve a trip down to the beach. It is easy for most of us but Lincoln has mobility issues so we have to take our time. He got to go swimming but still feels uneasy so he is not as enthusiastic about the swimming. But he enjoyed the moments. We had to avoid the midday since the sand gets too hot.
At camp I worked on my radio show. I sprinkled in the current events surrounding the attacks on women's rights and the diversity of the people in the country.
The birding here is great. The Blue and Grey Gnatcatcher and the Hooded Oriole as well as the Ash Throated Flycatcher made an appearance.
After a while Kim called for us to meet some of their friends. Two couples, one lives here.
Then we took the dogs for a walk toward town careful not to go all the way to town so we did not lure any dogs home with us.
We then hopped on our bikes. I asked Kasey if he was up for adventure because I spotted a pickleball court on Google maps using the aerial feature.

On the road to the courts were signs for a bike shop so double helpful. Kasey was following so close that when I came to a fork in the road and slowed down, he went smack dab into my back tire bumping me forward a little but leaving him sprawling on the ground cursing. Might be a lesson there.
When we arrived at the courts, his attitude changed. He was pleasantly surprised.
It was starting to get dark so we headed back to camp but we were lured into a restaurant that had pizza. This is Pepe's pizza restaurant. You remember that we met Pepe at Kim and Randy's place the first night they returned. Pepe was all too eager to serve the fresh pizza. The sun was setting a beautiful pink. By the time we ate, it was dark but no worries, we have lights on our bikes. The day went fast and we are back safely at our camper.
