Day 24: March 27 Another busy day.

The campground has cleared out and we slept better. As usual getting the dogs out to potty and letting Comet stretch her legs is a morning routine.

We planned to have breakfast with Kim and Randy after their phone call. Pancakes, eggs, and bacon were on the menu. Don't forget coffee. The fog must have come in shore overnight as things were slightly wet.
As we waited for Kim and Randy, we had our coffee and Kasey flew his drone from the upper palapa toward skull mountain and over until it lost connection which triggers a return to home process.
The fog started to come in and looked really cool. We had breakfast and chatted. Afterward, we got our motorhome ready to move a few feet back to level it more. We pulled forward to use the septic deposit and dump our grey water that was full. Our new spot allows us to put the awning out. That should provide more shade and keep the inside cooler.
The hummingbird was visiting so I got a few pictures of it with the motorhome as a backdrop.
Opening day of fantasy baseball day so Kasey wanted hot dogs
So we had hotdogs for lunch.
We took the dogs to the ocean. Tad can't get enough of the rocks and swimming. A Cabo resident remarked how joyful he was.
Kasey had fun taking pictures of the fish in the shoreline. Tad and I stayed on the beach and Kasey went back to fly his drone over us. Those pictures might be available another day.
After a bit of relaxing, it was after 5 and we hopped on the bikes to go play pickleball while it was cool. We got done just before dark.

It is interesting to play 2 person pickleball.
I won't tell you who won every single game because Kasey might not like it. Smiley ☺️
Our ride back was fun. The fat tires on the electric bikes make travelling on the sandy roads easier but if there is any deep accumulation of sand it can force the front tire off of the direction of travel. Your first reaction is to go slow but as we have been driving, the real way to drive those bikes is at a good speed so the bike is quickly through the deeper sand. The main roads with the cars is washboarded and if you end up on some of those spots, it is a rough ride but the sides of the road tend to be smoother and free of that deep sand too. We are learning.
